THE UNSEEN

Take heed that you do not do your charitable deeds before men, to be seen by them. Otherwise you have no reward from your Father in heaven.
— Matthew 6:1

Barnabas Ministries is so much more than just bringing projects to completion or doing the regular planned outreaches or camps in order to bring people to Christ here in Romania.

We believe we are the hands and feet of Christ. This comes with a huge responsibility.

Day by day, hour by hour, minute by minute we need to be available, open hearted and willing to see, hear and act upon what God has in plan for us to do.

Helping provide food for families, counseling families and people, helping motherless children with homework everyday by bringing them into our home for a couple hours, lending a hand to help old people in the village of Laz cut their wood for winter, helping a father in the midst of poverty keep his children …these are just some recent cases where we have been able to be a blessing to those around us and show them Gods love.

The reason this area of our ministry is called The Unseen is because many times we see God put on our hearts a certain situation in which we reach out and help… but in order to respect peoples personal life and privacy and to not lose their trust, these things are left unseen to those who follow us as a ministry.

We enjoy having you updated to all of our activities and getting a glimpse of what is happening here, but at the same time, we believe that certain situations should not be made public, in order to respect those we help.

There are so many unsaid and unseen stories of how God has worked through the ministry in order to bring restoration, healing and provision to people… although not every single thing we do is seen or made public, we still have the responsibility of being the hands and feet of Christ… especially in the UNSEEN.
